If you have the original disks that came with the PC, you might have the
sound drivers there or (depending the PC brand) you may have a directory on
the C: drive with the files you need. If may be something like "\Drivers" or
"dell\drivers" or something similar. Again, depending on the brand, you
might have a setup program that does the install for you or you may have to
manual reinstall the drivers using Device Manager. Worse case, as Dana
mentioned, you'll just have to download the files.
