Ctrl+Alt+Up or Ctrl+Alt+Down Arrow Keys.
Do avoid future rotation problem, uncheck the Rotation option from Advanced
settings of your Display. You can find those settings under Display
Properties (right-click on Desktop and choose Properties), Click Settings tab
- click Advanced Button - find that entry.
If you have Intel Extreme Graphics then you easily find that settings under
Control Panel - Intel Extreme Graphics properties - Rotation tab.
