Hi Daniel,
my problem is that the Help and support service does not even show up in the
services' list. This service should have added itself allone during
installation but it did not. I have all the latest service packs installed
and the service still does not show up. How do I add it? I am getting MCC
errors in Exchange, ISA and SQL. We are running Win Server SBS 2003 Premium
Edition R2. Running it on a Dell Poweredge SC440.
Your help is greatly appreciated,
Ikis
