Hi

To add to Daniel's posting, if I may, have a look at the Dependencies tab -
right click on a Service>Properties>Dependencies.

What should the Dependencies show? It shows Remote Procedure Call (RPC)

Open Start, Run, type without the quotation marks 'services.msc' and click OK. Double-click the 'Help and Support' service and check its status is 'Started' and its startup type is 'Automatic'.

Hi

Is that Service running? If not, right click on it and select Start.

Hi Daniel,

my problem is that the Help and support service does not even show up in the
services' list. This service should have added itself allone during
installation but it did not. I have all the latest service packs installed
and the service still does not show up. How do I add it? I am getting MCC
errors in Exchange, ISA and SQL. We are running Win Server SBS 2003 Premium
Edition R2. Running it on a Dell Poweredge SC440.

Your help is greatly appreciated,

Ikis
