dwwin.exe logoff issue

I have one user who frequently has the following error at logoff:

Title - dwwin.exe initialization failed
Text - The application failed to initialize becauese the windows station is
shutting down.

If have looked around on the web for quite some time but don't seem to find
anything other than the fact that this is a windows error reporting/drwatson
issue. I have not found any good solutions.

As mentioned this occurs frequently but not at every logoff.

Any ideas?
