Download the sound file.
Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Sounds tab
Select a program event of your choice and 'browse' to the sound file.

Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Sounds tab
Select a program event of your choice and 'browse' to the sound file.
