Post subject: right clicking in start panel
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>basics (more info?)

i hope i put this in the right area but for somereason i cannot right click
anywhere in the start panel. Everywhere else i can right click. It kind of
has my options quite limited when im in the start panel and is quite
aggrivating. I cant drag and move anything either. Please help.
