I'm having problems upgrading my desktop to the server pack 3 on Microsoft
2000 Professional because of no administrative privileges. I bought my
computer from Ebay with Microsoft 2000 Professional already installed and
haven't had any problems until now when I tried to upgrade to server pack 3.
The computer originally was in an office setting, so maybe that's the
problem, but since I use it for home, I shouldn't be restricted from having
administrative privileges. I believe it has built-in administrative
privileges restriction. Please help someone.
