Post subject: Winsock Socket error 10048 socket bind

Current OS WinXP Pro SP2 all hotfixes and patches

Program using: DSLSpeed pc Webhosting 1.0

Im getting this message when I try to run a program which seems to utilize the same port which
is already using it "Address already in use". How can I check to see what particular socket this
program is trying to use and what seems to be already using it? Then, if it's possible can I
un-associate that assignment so the program I want to use can use that socket?

Thanks to all in advance!
