Post subject: Windows Task Pane

Hello, whenever I hit CTR-ALT-DEL to bring up the Windows task pane, it comes
up but I am missing the top bar where I can close it after I am done. Werid.
How can I fix this? Thank you.

You are in "tiny footprint mode". Double-click on the border area to
bring Task Manager back to normal mode.
