Jeanine, I found this at www.xpmce.com. I had the same problem you are
having and it solved it.
Go to Run on your start menu,
Type in: regsvr32.exe wmp.dll
It takes just a second to run.

I don't know what that command is you gave us, but that you so much! I have
been working on that problem for months and it was so simple to fix. You are
