Post subject: New Window size

How can I configue the size of the New Window that opens when I right click,
so that the size will be the same the next time I open a new window. Thanks

Usually, if you hold Ctrl key and close with the X in upper right
corner, its size will be saved.

window size - I have read all the resizing tips, but have not found one to help me. I have windows that open that do not have a maximize/minimize option nor are they stretchable. I can not read the information on most of them because I can't see the page or move it...
