When trying to set up my webcam (Philips PCV840K) for video/chat on MSM/XPPro, I get the message that the audio (it say "microphone") is being used by another application. audio soundless - i have install, uninstalled,,,,many times. at last i found this step then i tried. even i had followed the step 1-8 like u said , still soundless. HOPE u can sent somthing wich i can try later. thanks for ur help
