User Cannot Log In

Hi Everyone,

I have a user (located in France so it's a long distance thing), who all of
a sudden can not log into his profile. When he logs in it looks like it's
working but then everything disappears and he's left with only a blue screen.
No error message, no nothing. He's able to log in as the administrator
fine. We thought it was a profile issue so we created a new one for him and
the same thing happens. It only seems to happen with his login. We're
running Windows Xp.

Thoughts?
