Trojan help needed

Yesterday a VirusScan On-Access Scan Message told me it had deteceted a trojan detected as Downloader AWX with the pathname C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msdd32.dll if I close down the window the message pops up every 10 seconds, I have run Ad-aware and spybot but neither has been able to solve the problem, system restore has also not worked, this site was recommended to me by a friend, has anyone got any ideas?

Did you do a batch file scan with the antivirus software?
