I'm running xp, and when I go into WORD there is no toolbars. I've tried restoring the system but the message '' No changes have been made'', appears.
When I open the program, the only thing to appear is the blue band acoss the top of the sceeen ''Micosoft word'', I can type a letter but there is no spell checker, print, font etc.

Did you try telling word to display the toolbars by righting clicking the "blue" bar and clicking one of the options?

press the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard (next to scroll lock), past the image in paint, save it (either as png) then upload it to a image host, like http://imageshack.us/ and post the link here.
