The TV Guide listing for 10AM is actually shows that will air at 11AM. I
checked "About Guide Data" and it shows the correct cable company "Austin,
Time Warner Cable". I verified on Control Panel - Date & Time that the
correct time zone "Central" was correct and that my computer has the correct
time.

What else could I have wrong?

Thanks

I'm in Monterrey, Mexico and my programming has a 6 hours difference, it
seems that the guide is beeing downloaded like If I where in GMT instead of
GMT-6:00 (CST). I called my service provider (Cablevisión de Monterrey) and
they told me that this is an issue that Microsoft must take care of.
Also, for some channels, the programming is incorrect (channels are
backwards).
Can you help me?

I would love to see the link, but it says that I am not authorized to see it.
I have the same problem. The listings are off by one hour. I have checked the
daylight savings box, but have not been able to download the patch that is
suposed to fix this because I don't have sp2 and don't want it.

Same here. I have the same problem and I was not able to see the link. I got
the same message that I am not authorized to see that link. Any other idea,
would be appreciated.
Thanks

You don't need the patch since you can make the changes yourself. You just
need to make sure if you are on DST that it is selected and that you have
your correct time zone selected. If the time shown is still wrong then
change your time zone untill it is correct.

Close Media Center
Go to Control Panel
On the left, make sure you are in Classic View.
It's a free country and you can use whatever view you want , but these are
my instructions.
double click to date and time
click on "chang time zone"
correct the time zone
click OK
this will have changed your "time", so
click "change date and time"
click "continue"
correct the time
click ok
click ok

enjoy!
