Post subject: Strange Registry entry in XP

I found this strange entry in my laptop's registry and haven't been able to learn anything about it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\qwqngoFMnMIouoBeleqownFIgewncwgolanwII The settings are default REG_SZ

This is quite difficult to research on the web, and it's hard to believe it's innocent.
This is in XP pro, SP2, version 5.1 on a Dell D610 Latitude laptop. Does it look familiar to anyone?
