Schedule SyncToy problems

I scheduled SyncToy to run in the background by setting it to run as an
administrator user (other than me) using the Windows scheduler program in the
System Tasks. The problem is that it doesn't work, if I change it to run
under my user name then my "folder pair" synchronizes fine. The administrator
user that I set it to run as does have full rights to all folders. What am i
doing wrong?
