RunDLL

On my desktop when i load my settings i keep getting these pop ups. This
has started to happen since i removed a spyware program, i don't know if
these two messages are related. The two message are:-

1, error loading
C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\MWSBAR.DLL The specified module could
not be found
2, cannot
find import;DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version. File
"rtl70.bpl",error 126. If anyone can help me please reply. Thanks
