Remove MotiveSB

Hi:
In the interest of performance, I would like to remove MotiveSB. I have
taken it out of Start Up.
What would I need to do to completely remove it - including any registry
changes?
I don't see where this program provides any value other than using up cycles
and space. MotiveSB came with with Verizon DSL.

After considerable research into MotiveSB I decided to delete it along with
Verizon Online Support Center and Verizon Online I made a full system backup
before I did this. There have been no untoward effects. I think the Verizon
Support Center is of little value. If I need support the phone works best. If
anyone is interested this blog has an extensive discussion of the subject:
