Post subject: Reading Dumprep files

I recently have been having catastrophic computer failures that result in that all too familiar "dumprep 0 -k" process appearing in my startup list. I used to know this, but have forgotten. Where do I find the dump log files, and what program can I use to read them? Ideally, I'd like a program that allows me to copy and paste the text onto an e-mail.

Welcome to Lockergnome.

It should be written to a log file at c:\windows\minidump\. Not sure how to view that log, but why not use the Event Viewer to do this instead? It should help you troubleshoot the issue.
