The printer is connected to my ThinkPad running WinXP Pro SP2. It is a
newly bought printer. I found that there is much space left at the bottom
margin when printing from Word 2003. It does not happen to the others such
as PDF files. I've tried to delete the printer driver and to let XP to
install the driver. Unfortunately, it failed. The situation still exists.
Is there any clue to fix it?

Thanks,

Charles

Try "Page Setup" in Word. thats where it sets up the page layout.
