Pop up boxes

What do you mean by "security"?

If you are referring to Internet Explorer's pop-up blocker, you can
decrease its sensitivity, customize it or turn it off altogether from
Tools > Pop-up blocker...

If you're not referring to Internet Explorer, what then are you
referring to?
