This fix works nicely for me!
problems started after installing Photoimpact Pro on my computer.
But now everything ist O.K.

I don't have any JPEG or JPG key's in the registry though I have '.jpeg'
and '.jpg'
Adding perceivedtype = image in .jpg didn't do it for me the other one
allready have the entry.
Creating the JPG and JPEG keys with the PerceivedType string value image
didn't work either.
