I am trying to import an ldif file to my address book. Import/Export are
greyed out in the file menu. I have tried to access it through Accessaries,
Outlook, Outlook Express but all greyed-out.

Any suggestions?

would be able to give you an answer straight away.

Thanks for your suggestions. Yes the user ID has admin rights.

I shall contact the Outlook/Outlook Express user groups.

Thanks!

I am having the same problem but I do not see an Outlook\Express User Group.
Would it be the Networking users group???
