For some reason when I open a website/link from an email it doesnt open as a
full page only a very small one which I have to enlarge. It didnt used to
this but for some reason has now started to do it. Is there anything I can do
to rectify this?

Using your mouse drag the top/bottom/sides of the screen as big as you want.
Then click File and Close, links should now open to the size you dragged it
to. This generally works for OE, IE and Windows Explorer.
