I have setup offline folder synchronization between a folder on my sbs2003
server and about 20 notebooks in the organization. It runs ok but skips files
intermittantly with the error "error copying [filename] from [source].
Incorrect function"
If i re-sync this folder about half an hour later, it syncs fine, no errors
at all so this is not a major problem.
The folder i am trying to synchronize is about 6GB, so maybe that is the
issue.
Any ideas are be much appreciated.
Thanks >> Stay informed about: Offline folder synchronization error |

Any fix on this? I have a user who has 14.6GB of data in a few hundred
folders and subfolders on Windows XP SP2 with a Server 2003 system.
I wonder if there is a limit to synch. Not sure where to find it.

I think there is a limit of 2 GB and that is probably why the
syncronisation does not work...
aslo i think there is a limit on directory names to 18 charactors, It
is natural to belive there is a limit of the amount of folders too...
and make sure you dont use spaces in filenames.
Best regards
