OE Preview pane Attachment button lost after MUI

Dear,

I lost "Attachment button" to show the attachment list in Outlook Express
XPSP2 after applied Multilingual User Interface. If I change back to English
is fine!! Currently it appear problem in change to Chinese Traditional

OE may be resetting its UI with the different language enabled. Check the
toolbar settings in OE. Is the attachment button included in the list of
displayed buttons? If no, add it.
