No Network After Attempting to Download Vista Upgrade Advi..

I attemtemted to download and install the Vista Upgrade Advisor from
Vista's home page. The install told me it needed a recent version of
msxml. I clicked install and it directed me to the download page and
I was presented with 4 files to download.
Apparrently I downloaded and installed the wrong one 'cause after
installing and rebooting I lost all networking (web access, email...)
I needed to run the recover console in order to get all this back.
Can someone tell me which msxml file I need to download and install
without losing something I might need in the future???

Don't know what happened the first time, might have been my ip,
the second time I installed had no problems.
