Post subject: Movie Maker and imported video files show upside down
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>video (more info?)

Does anyone know hw to rotate (180) movie clips , as all of my recorded movie
files show upside down. And only in windows movie maker , other programs
(videowave) show it o.k..

Yes, you can use the transitions to rotate 90,180, or 270 degrees for that
clip. I beleive it is the transition or effects tab, but it's one of the two.

1. Click on "Tools" in the menu bar.
2. Click on "Video Effects"
3. Scroll Down to the "Rotate 90", "Rotate 180"
4. Drag "Rotate 90" onto the clip you want to change/rotate.
5.Done
Note: if you rotate a clip 90 degrees the items in the clip will look
'shorter'.
