Movie Maker and imported video files show upside down

i also want to flip my video clip but i dont understand how to do this please
help me

1. Click on "Tools" in the menu bar.
2. Click on "Video Effects"
3. Scroll Down to the "Rotate 90", "Rotate 180"
4. Drag "Rotate 90" onto the clip you want to change/rotate.
5.Done
Note: if you rotate a clip 90 degrees the items in the clip will look
'shorter'.
