I downloaded and installed messenger 8.0 today, but when I log in, all of my
contacts are shown as being offline, and none of my contacts seems to be able
to see me online. I've tried to uninstall 8.0 and reinstall 7.5 but I am
getting the same problem now even with 7.5. Please help.
