Locked Workstation Background Image

Hey,

I've seen in a previous organisation they changed the background image when
the PC was in a locked state (i.e. user logged in but workstation locked).

Can someone elaborate on how I achieve this?

This isn't a 'background image' its the 'screensaver' kicking in which can be
any image you like and it has the option of password protection. Right click on
the desktop>Properties then select the screen saver tab in the dialogue - choose
the image and set the password protection to on. You will be prompted for your
windows log in password to get back to the desktop when you touch the mouse or
press a key
