I have a Surewest Amino set-top box that I cannot get my MCE remote to learn.
My IR blaster is connected to the STB. Any ideas? I plan on getting a MCE
extender for another room but it will be useless if I can't get MCE to change
channels for me. thank you!

I'm having the exact same problem with my DirecTV model H20 receiver (made by
Philips). We cannot program the remote to change channels (the picture comes
through though, but without programming the remote you can't even run the TV
through the media center). Basically, it has made the Media Center unit we
bought useless if we cannot program the remote and watch TV through the unit.
None of the remote control codes work and nobody -- not Sony or DirecTV --
knows what the correct code is. There has to be a way to do this. Help!?!?!?
