I have Dell Inspiron and XP SP2 installed. I had a harddisk problem and
loaded the system from CDs. Everything is OK but Hibernate function is not
available anymore.

I enabled hibernation function from Control Panel/Power Options...

If I manually hibernate, it works... Or if I use keypad to hibernate, again
it works manually...

But when I select Start Menu/Turn Off Computer, only 3 options are
available: Stand By, Turn Off and Restart....

How can I get "Hibernate" option here back?

Holding down the shift key should show it

Hibernate appears when you press the shift key after ' turn off computer.'
