Help.... I have asked this before and got no answers. Where are
the actual e-mails inboxes and Sent stored on the computer.
I want to copy those files into the new Computer's Outlook Express. I
found the Address book and the Favorites. I have the old unbootable
hard drive that can be accessed via a usb portable cage.

Someone out there knows

If you can't find out any other way, do a search of that entire hard disk
for *.dbx files. These are the actual message store files OE uses.

You can use the Windows search utility, if it's set to search hidden
folders, or you can use AgentRansack:
www.agentransack.com
which is a much faster search utility.

Once you've located these files, you can, in OE, import from a message store
folder. That will be the folder where you found those files.
