After about 4 hours total on this issue with HP I think I finally have an
answer that may be right (I already had 2 others that were not). Sonic is
having issues burning to the dual layer writer, HP is aware of this and are
currently working on a patch.

Thanks sbhcon............puts my mind at rest ..alittle?? I bought new HP
Laptop,specifically for movies. Nothing but disasters since...especially with
SONIC Digital Media V7.........hope Sonic or HP mdo something soon.Both seem
to be very slow with answers to resolve problems.................Darcy
