Yeah! These are uually "affordable" and very easy to use. They are just like
a standard three (3) pronged plug with various electronics/lights to test the
outlet. Depending on the lights, these are a code which tells you status of
the outlet:
Such statuses:
Ground - Good
Ground - Open
Polarity - Reversed
Polarity - Neutral
Status -- OK!

I just realized that using a simple voltimeter, if I connect to any point
( two posibles )
I should read +110 volts a.c. or -110, because my current is 220volts a.c.

I should read +110 volts a.c. or -110, because my current is 220volts a.c.
