Yeah! These are uually "affordable" and very easy to use. They are just like
a standard three (3) pronged plug with various electronics/lights to test the
outlet. Depending on the lights, these are a code which tells you status of
the outlet:

Such statuses:

Ground - Good
Ground - Open
Polarity - Reversed
Polarity - Neutral
Status -- OK!
