One of my clients is reporting that her computer display goes blank
perioidically and the only way she can get back on the system is powering it
off then on. When the display goes blank, the power light on the tower is
still on, the indicators on the keyboard are still lit, however the light on
the monitor is flashing. Whenever these "lock-ups" occur, the following
errors are recorded in the Application Log:

We have a Sharp AR-C260m colour laser scanner printer with email
facilities and the engineer /salesman never could get the machine
configured correctly. We use it only as a scanner printer at the
moment. It seems the problem is to do with a security issue.
192.168.20.200 is the Sharp printer address on the network.
We are using a K-Corp router with wireless connections for the 4
networked PC's.
We cannot even get a manufacturers hard copy manual, apparently there
isn't one. PDF manuals are available.

Device 192.168.20.200 is not valid according to this validator.
