Error 1402. Could not open key AND Unresolved Virus Infectio

1. Error 1402. Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareClassesColfileDefaultcon. Verify
that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support
personnel.

This error comes up and rolled back the installed components when my system is about completing the re-installation of Corel Draw 12.

kindly help me to resolve this problem.

2. Unresolved Virus Infection:

the following pathname are infected with Trojan memory virus tagged New Malware.worm or so.

The path are C:WINDOWSsYSTEM32MAT3.EXE and C:WINDOWSsYSTEM32MAT3.EXE

The virus and/or the file can not be deleted, quarantined nor cleaned by Mcaffe Antivirus 2005.

Often than not, other viruses like backdoor.axj trojan are detected and reported cleaned but not the ones mentioned above. kindly help me resolve this problem.

the frequency of the virus attack makes the system to report that LSA Shell has encountered problem which later leads to shutting down of the system automatically.

kindly help resolve this two problems-corel draw installation and unresolved virus problem.
