Post subject: CwndXPSessionMonitor close down problem

When closing down I am getting notice that CwndXPSessionMonotor needs to close. Unless I click to close it my system will not shut down.

Can someone resolve this for me?

Are you sure you spelt that proccess name right? Google litraly give no results.
