Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>perform_maintain (more info?)

When I right click on a program from the START ALL PROGRAMS menu because I
want to create a shortcut, I get no menu to chose "create shortcut. This used
to work. I'm the ADMINISTRATOR of the system. The odd thing is that if I use
another account on my system, I can create a shortcut fgrom the START MENU.
