Combine Correspondence and send with Fax

Hi:

I need combine correspondence with Word (2003 version), and send the resut
with Fax. ¿Is possible?

I has install a Microsoft Fax (Windows XP) and the opcion "Combine
Correspondence with fax in Word" is unselected.
