Somehow, "client service for netware" was installed on my PC and when I try
to "change the way users log on and off" I get a message that says "client
service for netware" has disabled the welcome screen anbd to uninstall
"client service for netware" if I want to use the welcome screen.

I ran net stop "client service for netware" which stopped the application
but didn't uninstall - Please advice how to uninstall this application.
