Character Map utility??

Hi Chas,

That's strange. I too have WIN XP Home v. 2002 (SP 2), and my System Tools
has neither Backup nor Security Center, but it *does* have Character Map.
It might be worthwhile to check again: START | ALL PROGRAMS | ACCESSORIES |
SYSTEM TOOLS | CHARACTER MAP .
