CD Burner issue after applying the GP "Restrict C drive on..

CD-RW drive was working fine without group policy.
After apply group policy with user configuration:
"Prevent access to drives from my computer:"
"Restrict C drive only"

Then the CD-RW drive does not work . Cannot paste to it, drag and drop
files to it or "send to CD".

Without the GPO the drive works perfectly.
