IE 6 Browser Hacking

I was just wondering - I went onto the Shakiramusic.com website and when I
clicked on "contact" and one other link both times I got a webpage that said
"CyberLord was here for Islam Turkish The Best Hacker CyberLord ..!"

Does this mean that my browser has been hacked and I'm now at risk? If
something is wrong, what do I do to fix it?
