Its a USB dongle that I am trying to install to my desktop. Note desktop
doesn't have any built in bluetooth capability. Windows detect this dongle as
ISSCBT and I found the driver from ivtcorporation site. In order for me to
connect to other bluetooth devices I need to turn the discovery on and for
which windows help is saying to go to control panel and select bluetooth
devices that i am not able to locate.
