How can I get my backround picture to show on screen @ startup as my
computer is downloading all the programs it downloads.
I don't want the Welcome picture it does.
A friend in Florida had his that way & I'd like to know how I can do it on
my :
Windows XP Home Edition.
Also do you know where I can go my computer for more backrounds
besides the ones that come with XP Home.
Thanks for any help. >> Stay informed about: Backround Picture @ Start Up |

Hi there, if you go into the "user accounts" within control panel, then
"change the way users log on or off". You should see the option called "Use
Welcome Screen" uncheck the box for it and then you should have the classic
logon that I think you desire.
Hope this helps,
Graham
