| The following message appears when I try to install microsoft publisher 97
into windows xp.
16 bit windows subsystem
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT the system file is not suitable for running
MS DOS and microsoft windows applications what does this mean? I have
previously been able to us it with xp

Hi
Copy/paste the Autoexec.NT file from the windows\repair folder to the
windows\system32 folder.
